We assist our residents in scheduling their doctor appointments. We also provide transportation to and from appointments.
Important Things to Know
Even though our communities are owned by a doctor, we do not provide medical services to our residents. We feel it is important that our residents and us receive outside opinions regarding their care.
Get the Care You Want
We work with any doctor our residents wishes and provide transportation at no cost to any local doctor. Our residents can pick their own doctors and don’t have to change because they are moving into our community. We believe it is important that our residents have the freedom to choose their providers.
Information: Some facilities work exclusively with certain doctors. As your are choosing your community make sure you find out if they work with a variety of providers.
